omg im soooooooooooo happy!!!
another 1lb off this week which means im now 6.5lbs down in 3 weeks!!!!
had an okayish week too so I think looking back if I had been a little bit better food/drink wise I would of lost more!
ate well all week then on wednesday night went to an italians and a concert - ended up eating potato skins for start with garlic sauce and 1/2 pizza and salad for me main - 2 glasses of wine and 1 pint of fosters.
To be honest looking back I could have had muscles or bruscetta for starter and a pasta or salad for me main and that would of been a lot less fattening! But then I suppose if I was eating healthy all the time I might just get sick of it and end up coming off the diet so I'm trying to balance it out as much as I can :)
would love to hit the 1/2 stone mark next week but im not going to just aim for 1/2lb as i would like to loose a bit more! so my goal for next week is 1.5lbs - best be good!
got plenty of veg/weight watcher meals in the house so just need to make sure i stick to them. no takeaways etc!
out on saturday night for a few drinks so i think ill just stick to single vodka soda n lime :) as thats only 2 points each!
