Hey all
Haven't been very well over the last couple of days, caught this sickness bug thats been going round :(
But by last night I was starting to feel a lot better when I got a text off my fiance.... "I fancy a chinese tonight"
Its prob the first time I've thought to myself that even though I really wanted one, I turned it down.
I ended up having a weight watchers spag bol meal instead! GO ME!!! haha
But even though I haven't been very well I don't think ive lost any weight this week which is quite gutting.
I got weighed yesterday morning and the scales still said the same as they did on tuesday :(
I know I would definately loose a lot more weight if I did exercise, but honestly I just cant be bothered and I know thats an awful attitude to have!
Everyday when I'm at work I'll be thinking "yes definatly going to do a workout tonight" then I get home, sit on the sofa and watch tv!
If I had some spare money Id go to like a gym or start zumba again, but im skint!
Xmas/Wedding has taken away every spare bit of money I had left, so its down to me and my living room!
I think after reading this back all I can think is that I am being lazy, so once again I will tell myself "I WILL EXERCISE TONIGHT!!!!!!"
